The chief of the guard of honor reported to the Azerbaijani President, followed by the performance of the national anthems of Azerbaijan and Georgia. The heads of state then passed before the guard of honor and introduced their respective official delegations.
This visit underscores the strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Georgia, which serves as the backbone for major regional energy and transport projects. Relations between the two neighboring countries are characterized by high-level political dialogue and cooperation within international organizations.
