In the regions of Azerbaijan, conditions will remain mostly dry, though there is a possibility of light precipitation in some mountainous areas during the day. The National Hydrometeorological Service, an agency under the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, regularly monitors atmospheric conditions across the country to provide accurate data for agriculture, aviation, and public safety. Such warming trends in early April are characteristic of the transition to the spring season in the South Caucasus, often influenced by warm air masses entering the territory from the south.
