Context: Azerbaijan frequently experiences intense heatwaves during the summer months, particularly in the Absheron Peninsula and the central lowland regions. The National Hydrometeorological Service regularly issues such warnings to advise citizens on health precautions, such as avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight during peak hours, to mitigate the risks associated with extreme heat.
