Rusiya kütləvi səfərbərlik planlaşdırır?

"Russia does not plan to carry out mass mobilization; there is no need for it," stated Vasily Nebenzya, Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Nebenzya addressed the speculation during his remarks, emphasizing that the current military strategy does not require such measures. "At the moment, we have no need for mass mobilization. As far as I am aware, no such mobilization is being planned or expected," he noted.

Furthermore, the Russian diplomat refuted reports suggesting a mass exodus of Russian men fleeing the country. These statements come in response to claims previously made by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, who alleged, citing intelligence data, that Russia was preparing for a new wave of military mobilization following parliamentary elections scheduled for September.

The ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which escalated significantly in February 2022, has frequently been marked by conflicting reports regarding military capabilities and mobilization efforts. International observers continue to monitor these developments closely as both nations navigate the geopolitical and humanitarian implications of the prolonged hostilities.
