Russian forces have launched a series of attacks across four Ukrainian regions—Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv—resulting in at least 7 deaths and 56 injuries, according to reports.
This information was reported by the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing Ukrainian media sources.
Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, stated that Russian troops carried out 975 strikes on 56 settlements within the region over the past 24 hours. These attacks alone resulted in 3 fatalities and 18 injuries.
The ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine, which escalated significantly in February 2022, continues to result in frequent cross-border shelling and missile strikes targeting civilian infrastructure and residential areas. International observers and humanitarian organizations have repeatedly called for the protection of civilians in these conflict-affected zones as the humanitarian crisis deepens.
