The President of Iran has arrived in Pakistan for an official visit.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the primary objective of the visit is to continue high-level consultations between the two nations and to review the implementation status of previously signed economic agreements.

During the visit, the Iranian President is scheduled to hold meetings with Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif. The discussions are expected to cover bilateral cooperation, regional security, and the strengthening of political dialogue.

It was reported that the Iranian head of state expressed gratitude to Shehbaz Sharif for Pakistan's mediation efforts between Tehran and Washington. The parties identified the continuation of dialogue and the expansion of cooperation frameworks as key priorities for their diplomatic agenda.

The visit underscores the ongoing efforts by both Tehran and Islamabad to intensify high-level consultations, monitor the progress of economic partnerships, and bolster regional stability. Pakistan and Iran share a long border and have historically maintained complex diplomatic relations, often balancing their geopolitical interests with regional security concerns.
