Under the terms of the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers is tasked with implementing the provisions of the protocol once it enters into force. Furthermore, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) is instructed to notify the Government of the State of Palestine regarding the completion of the necessary domestic procedures required for the protocol's activation.
