President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to the people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of the holy holiday of Eid al-Adha (Qurban Bayram), wishing peace, prosperity, and happiness to Azerbaijanis worldwide.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the President emphasized that Eid al-Adha promotes solidarity, humanism, and compassion. "On these blessed days, I once again remember the immortal memory of our martyrs with gratitude, and wish happiness to your families and abundance to your tables," the head of state said in his message.
Eid al-Adha is one of the most significant holidays in the Islamic world, symbolizing obedience, charity, and unity. In Azerbaijan, the holiday is celebrated annually at the state level, reflecting the nation's commitment to its rich multicultural traditions and Islamic heritage.
