President Ilham Aliyev visited the village of Dashbulag in the Khojaly district on May 28 to inspect the conditions at newly renovated residential houses designated for military personnel of the Ministry of Defense.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the head of state was briefed on the scope of the construction and renovation works completed at the site.
It was reported that the residential complex comprises a total of 191 individual houses. The housing stock includes one two-room house, 70 three-room houses, 93 four-room houses, eight five-room houses, and one eight-room house. Additionally, the area features 18 two-story, seven-room houses.
The residences have been equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure comfortable living and rest for military personnel and their families. The houses are fully supplied with electricity and gas. Furthermore, extensive infrastructure projects have been implemented, including the reconstruction of internal roads. A park has been established for residents, and a Flag Square has been constructed within the complex.
Improving the living conditions and social welfare of military personnel remains a priority of the social policy implemented by the Republic of Azerbaijan. This approach aims to address the social needs of servicemen and their families. To date, numerous projects have been executed to improve the living standards of thousands of military personnel, including providing them with housing funded by the state.
