President Ilham Aliyev visited Shusha on July 11 to review ongoing development projects on Garabagh Street, which are being implemented through a public-private partnership model.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, local investors have completed the construction of 10 multi-purpose buildings on Garabagh Street. The facilities include a hotel, apartment hotels, office spaces, and catering establishments. During the construction process, special attention was paid to ensuring high-quality standards while maintaining architectural harmony with the historic aesthetic of Shusha.
This initiative represents a significant step in the ongoing revitalization of Shusha, Azerbaijan's cultural capital. By integrating private investment into urban restoration, the project not only enhances the city's visual appeal but also stimulates economic activity and improves infrastructure for residents and visitors alike.
