Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan are elevating their bilateral relations to the level of an alliance, marking a significant milestone in diplomatic cooperation between the two nations.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that President Ilham Aliyev announced this development during the 3rd meeting of the Interstate Council between Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan, held in the city of Cholpon-Ata.
"This represents the highest level of cooperation," the head of state emphasized, highlighting the deepening partnership between Baku and Bishkek.
The elevation of ties to an alliance level signifies a strategic shift in the geopolitical and economic cooperation between the two countries.
