Caleb Orr, the US Assistant Secretary of State for Economic and Business Affairs, is currently in Azerbaijan for a working visit.

According to official reports, the visit of the US official to Azerbaijan is scheduled to continue until June 3. During his stay, discussions are expected to focus on strengthening bilateral economic ties, energy cooperation, and business partnerships between the two nations.
The United States and Azerbaijan maintain a long-standing partnership, particularly in the energy sector, where the two countries have collaborated on major regional infrastructure projects, including the Southern Gas Corridor, which plays a critical role in European energy security.
