The return leg of the UEFA Conference League second qualifying round between Belarus's Dinamo Minsk and Azerbaijan's Neftchi has concluded.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the match held at the Beroe Stadium in Stara Zagora, Bulgaria, ended with a 1-0 victory for the Baku club. The only goal of the match was scored by Breno Almeida in the 12th minute.
However, because the Minsk side secured a 4-2 victory in the first leg held in Baku, they advanced to the next stage of the competition. Consequently, the team managed by Yuri Vernidub has been eliminated from the European club tournaments.
The UEFA Conference League, introduced in 2021, serves as the third tier of European club football, providing clubs from across the continent an additional opportunity to compete at an international level.
