Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, met with Andrea Corao Faria, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Venezuela, on the sidelines of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the presidential assistant shared details of the meeting on his official account on the social media platform X. During the discussions, the parties held a productive exchange of views regarding the current state of Azerbaijan-Venezuela relations and explored opportunities to further strengthen bilateral cooperation and partnership.
The Antalya Diplomacy Forum serves as a significant international platform for high-level dialogue, bringing together global leaders and diplomats to address pressing regional and international issues. Azerbaijan and Venezuela continue to maintain active diplomatic engagement, particularly through their shared involvement in the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM), where both nations have collaborated on promoting multilateralism and international law.
