More than 800 US service members have been wounded in military operations against Iran since February 28.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the US Department of Defense, known as the Pentagon, released the figures.
The report said 820 US service members had sustained injuries of varying severity, while 18 had been killed.
The latest report said the combined number of dead and wounded service members had increased by 26 compared with figures released in July.
The Pentagon is the headquarters of the US Department of Defense and regularly publishes information on military personnel casualties. Such figures may be updated as authorities verify reports and assess the condition of injured service members.
