İran bu rüsumu 60 gün müddətinə ləğv etdi

Iran's Supreme National Security Council has announced a 60-day waiver on transit fees for vessels passing through the Strait of Hormuz, with the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran assuming these costs.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, which cited international media reports, the Gulf Waterways Authority has been instructed to prioritize and expedite transit applications to fulfill the objectives of the Islamabad Accord, aimed at ending hostilities between the US and Iran.

The Strait of Hormuz is a critical maritime chokepoint, serving as a vital artery for global energy supplies. The recent developments follow the announcement by US Central Command (CENTCOM) that, under the directive of US President Donald Trump, the US military has lifted the naval blockade on Iranian ports and coastal areas. To ensure safe navigation and prevent maritime incidents, vessels are required to adhere to strict routing protocols, submit contact and route details through official channels, and provide requests at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
