İran körfəz ölkələrinə xəbərdarlıq etdi: ABŞ-yə dəstək verməyin

Iran has issued a stern warning to Gulf nations regarding their cooperation with the United States, urging them to refrain from facilitating any potential US military operations against the Islamic Republic.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Major General Abdullahi, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, has explicitly called on Gulf countries to avoid participating in or enabling any US-led military actions against Iran. Tehran stated that it is closely monitoring the presence of numerous combat and aerial refueling aircraft at US military bases located throughout the region.

General Abdullahi emphasized that the deployment of US military aviation, particularly refueling aircraft, within the territories of regional states would not be possible without the knowledge and consent of the host nations. The Iranian general noted that this situation is a source of serious concern for Tehran. He warned that any form of assistance or the provision of facilities for potential US military operations against Iran would be interpreted by Tehran as direct cooperation with American military forces.

This development comes as regional tensions regarding the US military footprint in the Middle East continue to escalate. The Persian Gulf remains a critical geopolitical flashpoint, where the balance of power is frequently tested by the intersection of Iranian security interests and the extensive network of US military installations across the region. Historically, Iran has consistently maintained that the security of the Persian Gulf should be managed by regional actors, viewing the presence of external powers as a destabilizing factor.
