Iran has declared that it targeted all facilities belonging to the United States across the Middle East.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi made these remarks during an interview with the Al Jazeera television channel.
According to the minister, Iran did not limit its operations to official U.S. military bases but extended its strikes to include all American infrastructure throughout the region. "We did not limit ourselves only to their official military bases. All facilities where Americans are concentrated, all areas where their assets are located—all of these became targets," Araghchi stated.
The escalation comes amid heightened regional tensions involving various state and non-state actors in the Middle East. The Iranian leadership has frequently criticized the presence of foreign military forces in the region, particularly those of the United States, arguing that such presence undermines regional stability. This latest statement underscores a significant hardening of Tehran's stance regarding U.S. strategic interests and personnel stationed in neighboring countries.
