Hakan Fidan Türkiyə-Ermənistan normallaşma şərtlərini açıqladı

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has stated that the success of the normalization process between Turkey and Armenia depends directly on the actions taken by the government of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that Fidan made these remarks in an interview with the "Türkiye" newspaper following his recent visit to Russia.

The Foreign Minister acknowledged that significant steps have already been taken by both Ankara and Yerevan toward normalizing relations. "The necessary actions for this new era are clear. We are ready for normalization once those conditions are met," Fidan noted.

The normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia is closely linked to the broader peace process in the South Caucasus. Ankara has consistently maintained that the establishment of lasting stability in the region requires the full normalization of ties between Baku and Yerevan, including the signing of a comprehensive peace treaty and the opening of regional transport corridors, such as the Zangezur corridor, which remains a pivotal element for regional connectivity.
