"Over the past year, we have elevated our relations to a strategic partnership, which culminated in the signing of the Strategic Partnership Charter in Baku by Vice President J.D. Vance and President Ilham Aliyev.

We look forward to further strengthening our partnership through the expansion of regional infrastructure, economic ties, and security cooperation. The United States welcomes Azerbaijan's commitment to lasting peace in the South Caucasus and looks forward to continuing our cooperation in these efforts. We look forward to deepening our partnership in the coming year and beyond," the message stated.
