Tramp: İranla danışıqlar asanlaşacaq

US President Donald Trump has stated that the next phase of negotiations with Iran is expected to be more straightforward than previous efforts.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing foreign media reports, President Trump made these remarks during a meeting with the Emir of Qatar, Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on the sidelines of the G7 summit in France.

"The process is moving to a second phase, and I believe it will be easier," President Trump said.

Addressing the substance of potential agreements, the US President emphasized that preventing Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons remains the fundamental condition. "The only thing that is truly important to me is that Iran never possesses nuclear weapons, and this is clearly and explicitly stated in the agreement," he noted.

Furthermore, President Trump warned that if Tehran were to acquire nuclear weapons, it would face severe consequences. Consequently, he insisted on including a clause in the agreement that strictly prohibits Iran from obtaining such weaponry.

The US President also dismissed claims suggesting he seeks regime change in Iran. "I do not believe in regime change. I have observed regime changes for years, and they never work," he stated. Additionally, he refuted reports regarding potential US investments in Iran, labeling such claims as "nonsense" and stressing that Washington has no intention of assuming financial obligations toward Tehran.

The nuclear issue has long been a central point of contention in US-Iran relations, with international diplomatic efforts frequently focusing on curbing Tehran's enrichment activities to ensure regional stability.
