Poland possesses the developed infrastructure necessary to receive and station US soldiers who may be withdrawn from Germany, according to Polish President Karol Navrotski.

As reported by Operative Information Center-OMM, Navrotski stated that Warsaw is prepared to welcome American forces should US President Donald Trump decide to reduce the number of troops currently stationed in Germany. The President added that he intends to persuade US President Donald Trump to maintain the US military presence in Europe by relocating a portion of the contingent to Poland, ensuring the continent's security remains a priority.

This statement aligns with recent diplomatic efforts, as Deputy Foreign Minister Marcin Bosacki previously noted that the ministry has been engaged in negotiations for several months regarding a potential increase in the number of American troops in the country. Currently, approximately 10,000 US soldiers are stationed in Poland as part of ongoing security cooperation. On May 2, US President Donald Trump announced plans to reduce the American military footprint in Germany by 5,000 personnel.

The strategic partnership between Warsaw and Washington has intensified in recent years, with Poland consistently advocating for a more robust US military presence on NATO's eastern flank. The expansion of military infrastructure in Poland is viewed as a critical component of regional stability and collective defense within the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Such cooperation often involves joint exercises and the modernization of local facilities to meet international standards for hosting allied forces.
