Unstable weather conditions, characterized by intermittent rainfall, heavy showers, and lightning, continue to affect various regions across Azerbaijan.

According to the service, precipitation levels varied across the country. Astara recorded 24 mm of rainfall, while Dashkasan, Gadabay, and Gusar saw 15 mm. Other notable measurements included 13 mm in Guba, 12 mm in Oghuz, 8 mm in Shahdag, 6 mm in Shaki, and 5 mm in Lankaran. Naftalan recorded 4 mm, while Mingachevir and Ganja saw 3 mm. Lower amounts, up to 1 mm, were recorded in various locations, including Saribash (Gakh), Balakan, Shabran, Goranboy, Nakhchivan, Shahbuz, Tovuz, Shamkir, Goygol, Zagatala, Khachmaz, Shamakhi, Gobustan, Altiagac, Tartar, Barda, Yevlax, Goychay, Zardab, Kurdamir, Lerik, Aghdam, Kalbajar, Lachin, Qubadli, Shusha, Khankendi, Khojaly, Fuzuli, as well as in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula.
Wind speeds have also been significant, with northwesterly winds in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula reaching a maximum speed of 19 m/s, while easterly winds in Julfa reached 21 m/s.
Maximum temperatures recorded reached 32°C in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, up to 36°C in the Aran regions and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, and up to 21°C in mountainous areas.
