Traffic congestion has been reported on several major roads across Baku, causing delays for commuters during peak hours.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the Intelligent Transport Management Center (ITMC) has issued an update regarding the current traffic situation in the capital of Azerbaijan.
Current traffic conditions are reported on the following routes:
- Baku-Sumgait highway, towards the "20 Yanvar" metro station;
- Binagadi highway, towards the "Azadlig Prospekti" metro station;
- 1st Lake Side Road, towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
- Gara Garayev Avenue, from "Gara Garayev" metro station towards "Koroglu" metro station;
- Rashid Behbudov Street, towards the Central Bank;
- Khatai Avenue, towards Heydar Aliyev Avenue;
- 28 May Street, from the intersection with Pushkin Street to the intersection with Rashid Behbudov Street;
- 8 Noyabr Avenue, from the intersection with Suleyman Ahmadov Street towards the city center;
- Afiyaddin Jalilov Street, towards Yusif Safarov Street;
- Azadlig Avenue, from the intersection with Salatin Asgarova Street to the intersection with Dilara Aliyeva Street;
- Heydar Aliyev Avenue, main road, towards the city center;
- Ali Mustafayev Street, towards Ziya Bunyadov Avenue;
- Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from the intersection with Ahmad Rajabli Street to the intersection with Ataturk Avenue;
- Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from the intersection with Muzaffar Narimanov Street towards "20 Yanvar" metro station;
- Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from in front of the Baku Olympic Stadium to the intersection with Ahmad Rajabli Street;
- Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from the intersection with Abdulvahab Salamzadeh Street towards Ahmad Rajabli Street;
- Mikayil Mushfig Street, from the "Badamdar" circle towards School-Lyceum No. 20.
