The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Azerbaijan has extended its congratulations to Portugal on the occasion of the country's National Day.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the congratulatory message was shared on the official "X" account of the MFA.
"We extend our sincere congratulations to the Government and people of Portugal on the occasion of their National Day," the statement read.
Azerbaijan and Portugal maintain diplomatic relations characterized by mutual respect and cooperation. The two nations have historically engaged in various bilateral dialogues, including political consultations and cooperation within international organizations, aimed at strengthening ties between Baku and Lisbon.
