President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order awarding former footballer Isgandar Javadov the “Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.”
According to Report, under the order, Isgandar Javad oglu Javadov received the honorary diploma for his long-standing and effective work in developing and promoting Azerbaijani football.
Javadov will turn 70 on Sept. 20. He is recognized as one of the prominent figures in Azerbaijani football and has contributed to the sport both as a player and through his subsequent activities.
