Mexican striker Raul Jimenez will continue the next phase of his career at the English club Wolverhampton Wanderers. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the 35-year-old footballer has officially signed a contract with the "Wolves."
The club's press service confirmed that the agreement between the parties is for a two-year term, with an option to extend the contract for an additional season.
It should be noted that this is not Jimenez's first stint with Wolverhampton. The forward previously represented the team between 2018 and 2023. During that period, the experienced striker made 166 appearances and scored 57 goals for the club.
Wolverhampton, a historic club founded in 1877, is looking to revitalize its squad following a challenging period. The team is currently preparing for the upcoming season in the Championship, aiming to regain its competitive standing in English football after finishing last in the Premier League last season with 20 points.
