Foreign ministers from eight Arab and Islamic nations have issued a strong condemnation of the ongoing military operations conducted by Israel in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, these concerns were raised during a high-level meeting held in Tehran. The participating ministers emphasized the urgent necessity of de-escalating regional tensions, noting that the continued military actions are exacerbating an already dire humanitarian situation.
The joint statement underscored that the United Nations Security Council must take more decisive action to resolve the current crisis. The participants called upon the international body to compel Israel to fulfill its international obligations and immediately cease military operations in the affected territories.
