The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Republic of Azerbaijan has announced updates to the registration process for the diplomatic service recruitment competition.

According to information provided by the Operative Information Center-OMM by the MFA, a new regulation has been implemented regarding the review of applications for participation in the competition.

Taking into account that the current academic year is nearing its end, the high volume of inquiries from individuals completing their higher education, and the duration of the multi-stage competition process, conditions have been created to allow students graduating in the current academic year to register for the competition. In this regard, appropriate technical adjustments have been made to the registration system in coordination with the State Examination Center.

No additional changes are planned for other stages or general conditions of the competition process due to this update. Depending on the results of the competition stages, successful candidates will be required to submit the established documents, including confirming documents of higher education in the relevant specialty, for final employment.

The diplomatic service recruitment process in Azerbaijan is a rigorous multi-stage competition designed to identify qualified personnel for the country's foreign policy apparatus. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs regularly collaborates with the State Examination Center to ensure transparency and merit-based selection. This initiative reflects Azerbaijan's commitment to integrating young professionals into the civil service and strengthening its diplomatic representation on the international stage. Candidates can access the "Online registration service for participation in the competition for admission to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs" through the State Examination Center's internet portal.
