The Ministry of Culture of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic has approved new regulations for the organization and administration of centralized final examinations in children's music and art schools for the 2025/2026 academic year.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, these centralized exams will be conducted through the digital management platform of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the unified "MyCulture" personal account system. This digital integration aims to modernize the administrative process for students and faculty alike.

Graduates will receive notifications regarding the date, time, and location of their examinations via SMS, email, and their personal "MyCulture" accounts. The examinations are scheduled to take place in June 2026. Assessments will be conducted by specialized commissions using a 5-point grading scale, with final results determined by the average score provided by commission members.

These new regulations are designed to align the assessment system in children's music and art education with contemporary standards. By leveraging digital tools, the Ministry aims to enhance transparency, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the overall quality of arts education across the Nakhchivan region, ensuring a more standardized and efficient evaluation process for all students.
