The State Examination Center (SEC) has officially announced the results of the various exams conducted on June 21, 2026, for the general (9-year) secondary education level.
This information was provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the SEC.
Candidates can access their exam results via the following link: https://eservices.dim.gov.az/2026/nettex/. Students may check their results at https://eservices.dim.gov.az/2026/netorta/.
Additionally, candidates can obtain information about their exam results, including total scores per subject, by sending the code provided on their exam admission slip to the number 7727 via mobile operators (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar). A total of 320 individuals participated in these examinations.
The State Examination Center plays a pivotal role in Azerbaijan's educational infrastructure, responsible for organizing centralized entrance exams for universities and secondary schools, ensuring transparency and merit-based assessment in the national education system.
To address inquiries regarding exam results, the SEC will establish an Appeals Commission. Those wishing to appeal must register by filling out an electronic application on the SEC website between 10:00 AM on July 1 and 5:00 PM on July 3. Failure to register within this timeframe will preclude any further appeals. The electronic application must specify the task number in question, the content of the appeal, and the specific criterion being challenged. Applications lacking content will not be processed.
The appeals process follows this sequence:
The Appeals Commission reviews all cases submitted for consideration;
Expert opinions regarding the tasks in question are attached to the appeal applications;
An SMS notification is sent to the phone number provided by the candidate upon the conclusion of the appeal process.
Following this, candidates may access their personal accounts at apelyasiya.dim.gov.az to view the results of their appeal and download the expert opinion. Please note that appeals regarding incorrectly marked answer sheets—such as double-marking in closed-ended questions—will not be considered. The SEC advises candidates to review their results, answer sheet graphics, and evaluation criteria on the website before filing an appeal, noting that approximately 15% of previous appeals were submitted without such prior review.
