According to official reports, the violator, identified as Ali Damirov, was detained by officers of the State Road Police Department of the District Police Department. Damirov, operating a VAZ-21014 vehicle, repeatedly and flagrantly violated traffic regulations, engaging in maneuvers that disrupted public order and created significant danger for other road users. In Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Road Police maintain a strict policy against auto-hooliganism to ensure public safety on national highways. Such offenses, characterized by intentional disregard for traffic laws and public tranquility, often result in administrative arrests, heavy fines, and the suspension of driving privileges. These enforcement measures are part of broader efforts by the Azerbaijani government to reduce road accidents and enhance the security of the country's transport infrastructure.
