Gas supply will be temporarily suspended in parts of Baku tomorrow.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the state-owned gas distribution company Azerigaz announced that scheduled maintenance and installation works will necessitate the suspension of natural gas services.
The interruptions are scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM and will continue until the completion of the necessary technical works. The affected areas include the Sulutepe and Khojasan settlements in the Binagadi district, the MIDA residential complex in the Surakhani district, and several streets in the Nasimi district, specifically Azadlig Avenue, as well as M. Gashgay, A. Gasimzade, S. Rustam, S. Zeynalov, M. Rafili, M. Kaverochkin, V. Plotnikov, S. Asgarova, S. Rahimov, Bakikhanov, E. Tagizade, and I. Hamidov streets.
Azerigaz frequently conducts such maintenance operations across the capital to ensure the safety and reliability of the gas distribution network. These routine upgrades are essential for maintaining infrastructure integrity and preventing potential leaks or service failures during the winter heating season in Azerbaijan.
