A fire accompanied by an explosion broke out at a flower shop located on Elshan Suleymanov Street in the Nizami district of Baku. The incident occurred on the ground floor of an 18-story residential building, prompting an immediate response from emergency services.
According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the Ministry of Emergency Situations, forces from the State Fire Protection Service and the Special Risky Rescue Service were dispatched to the scene following a call to the "112" hotline. Upon arrival, teams confirmed that an explosion had occurred within the commercial premises, leading to a fire that threatened the upper floors of the residential complex.
