Temperatures in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula are expected to reach 25 degrees Celsius tomorrow, marking a significant warming trend for the capital. According to the National Hydrometeorology Service, the weather will be changeably cloudy and mostly dry, though brief showers are possible in certain suburban areas during the night and early morning hours. A north-west wind is expected to prevail across the peninsula.

The National Hydrometeorology Service informed the Operative Information Center-OMM that the air temperature in Baku will range between 15-17°C at night and 20-25°C during the day. Atmospheric pressure will stand at 757 mm Hg, with relative humidity levels reaching 75-80% at night and 55-60% during the day. In the regions of Azerbaijan, weather conditions are expected to remain largely stable, though mountainous districts may experience lightning, hail, and even snow in higher altitudes during the latter half of the day.

The climate of the Absheron Peninsula, where Baku is located, is characterized by its semi-arid conditions and is heavily influenced by the Caspian Sea. Seasonal transitions in Azerbaijan often bring fluctuating temperatures and varying wind patterns, which play a crucial role in the local microclimate. This upcoming rise in temperature is consistent with the seasonal shift as the country moves further into the spring period, bringing milder conditions across the Republic of Azerbaijan.
