67 nömrəli marşrut yenilənir: Yeni avtobuslar xəttə buraxılır

The bus fleet operating on the internal city route No. 67, which connects the Bilajari settlement of Baku's Binagadi district with Chernyayevsky Street in the Narimanov district, is being fully modernized.

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports, citing the Azerbaijan Yerustu Nagliyyat Agentliyi (AYNA) under the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, that 16 large-capacity "Zhongtong" buses will be deployed for passenger service starting February 25.

The new vehicles are equipped with modern, environmentally friendly CNG (Compressed Natural Gas) technology, aligning with Azerbaijan's efforts to reduce urban carbon emissions. Payments on these buses will be strictly cashless, and the fare has been set at 0.60 AZN.

This initiative is part of a broader strategy by the government of Azerbaijan to upgrade the capital's public transport infrastructure. By replacing aging vehicles with modern, high-capacity buses, the authorities aim to improve passenger comfort, enhance safety standards, and optimize traffic flow within the Baku metropolitan area.
