The forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Azerbaijan have successfully evacuated 547 people, including 108 minors, from flooded areas to safe locations following a period of intensive rainfall. The rescue operations were carried out continuously throughout the past night and day to ensure the safety of residents in the affected regions.
According to information provided by the Ministry to the Operative Information Center-OMM, specialized teams and equipment were deployed to the zones experiencing heavy water accumulation. The Ministry stated that all necessary security measures are being maintained to mitigate the impact of the weather conditions and to protect the lives and property of citizens in Azerbaijan.
