MÜTDA: 300 min məzunun attestatı elektron formada hazırlanıb

Starting from the 2025–2026 academic year, state education documents for graduates of general education institutions are being issued in an electronic format for the first time in Azerbaijan.

According to information provided to the Operative Information Center-OMM by the State Agency for Preschool and General Education (MÜTDA), graduates of the 2026 academic year can now access their graduation certificates through the myGov platform.

The agency reported that approximately 300,000 certificates have been prepared in electronic form. These documents, verified by the electronic signatures of educational institution heads, are now available on the myGov platform.

"Graduates can access their documents via the myGov web portal under the sections 'My Education Data' and 'My Electronic Education Documents.' Parents can view their children's education documents through the 'My Children's Education Documents and Information' section. It is possible to verify the authenticity of the electronic certificate by scanning the QR code on the document or by entering the document number and date of birth in the 'Document Verification' section of the edu.gov.az website," the MÜTDA stated.

The agency further noted that electronic certificates will also be made available on the myGov mobile application in the coming days. The implementation of electronic certificates is part of the broader digitalization strategy in Azerbaijan, aimed at providing graduates with more convenient, efficient, and accessible ways to manage their educational credentials.
