US President Donald Trump has declared that any assassination attempt against him by Tehran would result in the United States launching a massive military response, including the use of "thousands of missiles" against Iran.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the US President made these remarks on his "Truth Social" account.
"A thousand missiles are ready and aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran, and if the Iranian government carries out its threats to assassinate the current US President, thousands more missiles will immediately follow," Trump stated.
He further emphasized that appropriate orders have been issued, asserting that American military forces are prepared to completely devastate and destroy all regions of Iran if such a threat is realized.
This rhetoric underscores the ongoing geopolitical tensions between Washington and Tehran.
