The date for the second round of peace negotiations between the United States and Iran has not yet been determined, according to Pakistan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Operative Information Center-OMM reports that during a press briefing, spokesperson Tahir Andrabi stated that the schedule for the talks, which are expected to be held in Islamabad, remains unconfirmed.

"The dates for the next round of talks have not yet been set. We have no official announcement regarding this matter. Once a decision is reached, we will announce the timing of the negotiations," the diplomat noted, emphasizing that official channels will provide updates as the situation evolves.

While the possibility of holding the second phase of mediated discussions between Washington and Tehran in the Pakistani capital has been a key topic on the international diplomatic agenda, official confirmation from all involved parties is still pending. These talks are part of a broader effort to stabilize regional tensions and address long-standing diplomatic hurdles between the two nations. Under the administration of US President Donald Trump, the United States has maintained a complex diplomatic stance toward Tehran, with Pakistan frequently acting as a strategic intermediary to facilitate communication and regional security.
