President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping has announced that Beijing is prepared to strengthen coordination with other nations to facilitate the political resolution of conflicts in Ukraine, the Middle East, and Afghanistan.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Xi Jinping stated during his address at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) leaders' summit in Bishkek that China is committed to establishing dialogue with all parties and making joint efforts to ensure lasting peace.

The Chinese leader emphasized that Beijing's primary objective is not merely to address the visible consequences of these conflicts, but to resolve the underlying factors that contribute to their emergence. He noted that by strengthening ties and coordination with other states, China intends to contribute to the political regulation of tensions in these regions.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, who also spoke at the summit, called on SCO member states to increase efforts to prevent the provocation of armed conflicts globally. Putin stressed that close cooperation within the SCO framework plays a vital role in ensuring stability and security across the Eurasian continent.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization, founded in 2001, serves as a crucial platform for political, economic, and security cooperation among its member states. It has increasingly focused on addressing regional security challenges and promoting multilateral diplomacy in Eurasia.
