Naim Etibar oglu Cahidzade has been relieved of his duties as the head of the Sadarak District Executive Authority in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree regarding this administrative change.
By another decree issued by the head of state, Naim Cahidzade has been appointed as the new head of the Julfa District Executive Authority.
These appointments are part of ongoing administrative reforms within the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, an exclave of Azerbaijan. Such personnel changes are frequently implemented by the central government in Baku to enhance local governance efficiency and ensure the effective implementation of state policies across all regions of the country.
