U.S. forces are continuing intensive patrol activities in regional waters to support the implementation of a blockade against Iranian ports.

The Operative Information Center-OMM reports that the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has released information regarding these operations. According to the statement, U.S. military personnel are conducting surveillance and patrol missions to monitor and enforce the blockade imposed by Washington on vessels entering or departing from Iranian maritime facilities.

The mission aims to strengthen regional security measures and ensure the strict execution of U.S. President Donald Trump's administration's sanctions policy. These strategic maneuvers are designed to restrict the flow of prohibited goods and resources, further isolating the Iranian regime's economic and logistical capabilities in the Persian Gulf and surrounding waterways.

Regional analysts suggest that such military activities may lead to a significant escalation of tensions in the Middle East. The enforcement of maritime blockades is a critical component of U.S. foreign policy in the region, often serving as a tool to exert maximum pressure on Tehran while maintaining the stability of international shipping lanes, which are vital for global energy security.
