President Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to His Royal Highness Guillaume, Grand Duke of Luxembourg, on the occasion of the country's national holiday.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the message reads:
"Your Royal Highness,
On the occasion of the national holiday of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, I extend my most sincere congratulations and best wishes to you and, through you, to all your people."
