President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the conferment of the 2026 Presidential Awards for Youth.
Operative Information Center-OMM reports that, according to the decree, the following individuals have been awarded for their distinguished performance in the fields of science, education, culture, youth policy and youth work, public and socially-oriented activities, innovation, and entrepreneurship:

- Shahmar Zohrab oglu Aghayev
- Elmina Gahraman gizi Hasanova
- Leyla Elchin gizi Hasanova
- Aynur Telman gizi Ismayilli
- Mahmud Azer oglu Ismayilov
- Gulbaghda Seyfal gizi Leysanova Hajiyeva
- Lamiya Famil gizi Mammadova
- Samad Abulgasim oglu Novruzov
- Mahir Tahir oglu Taghizade
