According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov addressed these developments during a briefing with journalists.

He emphasized that the current international security environment has made the formation of effective, consensus-based agreements increasingly difficult.
Commenting on global stability, the Kremlin spokesperson highlighted that the factor of nuclear deterrence remains the primary mechanism preventing large-scale global conflicts. He argued that the current geopolitical climate has eroded the traditional frameworks that previously facilitated international cooperation.
Furthermore, Peskov addressed the tenure of former British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, asserting that his administration did not take significant positive steps regarding relations with Russia. He characterized this period as having no particular significance for Moscow's strategic interests.
