Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has officially ruled out the possibility of holding new parliamentary elections in the country.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, citing Armenian media reports, Pashinyan made the statement while addressing accusations from the opposition regarding alleged irregularities in the electoral process.

"Certainly not. We are not preparing to hold new elections," Pashinyan stated during his remarks to journalists.

The current political landscape in Armenia remains complex following previous electoral cycles. On June 14, the Central Election Commission announced the final results of the parliamentary elections. According to those results, the "Civil Contract" party secured 49.7456% of the vote (64 mandates), the "Strong Armenia" party received 23.2710% (29 mandates), and the "Armenia" bloc obtained 9.9231% (12 mandates). These results have been a focal point of domestic political discourse, with opposition groups frequently challenging the legitimacy of the process, a claim the current government continues to reject.
