President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev has been awarded the "Heydar Aliyev" Order.
According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree regarding the conferral of this high state award.
The President of Uzbekistan was honored with the "Heydar Aliyev" Order in recognition of his special contributions to the development of friendly, fraternal, and allied relations between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The "Heydar Aliyev" Order is the highest state decoration of Azerbaijan, awarded to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan and foreign nationals for exceptional services to the country.
