Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has arrived in Kyrgyzstan for a two-day working visit.

According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, Pashinyan was welcomed at the Manas International Airport in Bishkek by Kyrgyz First Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Adylbek Kasymaliev.

During his visit, the Armenian Prime Minister is scheduled to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit. Additionally, Pashinyan will attend the opening ceremony of the VI World Nomad Games, an international sporting competition dedicated to the ethnic sports of Central Asian nations.

The Shanghai Cooperation Organization, founded in 2001, serves as a significant Eurasian political, economic, and security alliance. Armenia's engagement in such regional forums is closely monitored by international observers, as Yerevan seeks to balance its foreign policy interests amidst evolving geopolitical dynamics in the South Caucasus and Central Asia.
