According to the Operative Information Center-OMM, the "black-and-whites" defeated Araz-Nakhchivan on their home turf during the second round of the championship.
The match, held at the Palms Sports Arena, concluded with a commanding 5-0 scoreline in favor of the hosts. Neftçi's offensive dominance was evident throughout the game, with Breno Almeida netting two goals in the 14th and 17th minutes. Further goals were added by Falaye Sako in the 35th minute, Igor Ribeiro in the 41st minute, and Andrew Gravillon in the 90+1st minute.
